Comfortable and perfect location close enough to all the restaurants, bars and shopping, downtown and restaurants, shops, bistros, could not be better. Great beds, a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a multi-channel TV in the room.

Loved the way our a nice size room with a couch was. Coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge were an advantage...

Can recommend for a relaxing holiday
Charming hotel, friendly staff, we particularly loved the comfortable bed and the excellent location, made it easy to walk to nearby attractions.
The TV service was spotty and noisy, disrupting our relaxation.

A good old place to stay with an excellent service. New-fashioned room with spectacular views of downtown and beautiful decor. Fabulous central and particularly good location, around 4-6 minutes walk from a balconied theater. And close to the center of town.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and a beautifully appointed exterior that enhances the charm of the hotel. The staff provided friendly and efficient service. The room felt a bit outdated and lacked adequate charging outlets by the bedside were nice. Despite these issues, the comfortable sleeping arrangements and inviting atmosphere contributed to a pleasant stay.

The historic charm of the hotel captivated our family. We stayed in a lovely Beautiful Double Room that was spacious enough for the grandkids. The location was perfect for exploring Northampton, and we enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful garden, despite the rain.
In my wife's opinion, a few more snacks at the front desk would be great for families.
